My personal property was seized by Bank Of America when they foreclosed upon my neighbors house. The bank discovered that I was the owner of a then Million dollar house. (including the Pool House ,Swimming Pool,Sepic Tank, Wall, and my grandfathers tools which I had stored in my neighbors Pool House). Their employees threatened and harassed my wife and myself if we didn't accept their offer of $170,000. I refused because they wouldn't give me a guarantee of Easement to the Driveway. I retained a Real Estate Attorney (Richard Koch) he never filed this case in court nor did he respond to the courts. I ended up with a small settlement after a "Five Year" legal battle. I want justice against Bank of America! They have now sold this house and it is valued at 1.9 Million Dollars.
