Ehow was help fix my frozen kindle in 24 hours, I have not received an answer as of yet.

Question

I used ehow to find out about my kindle being frozen, did not get an answer but still had to use my debit card to continue the process.  I have not received an answer and I was told that it would only take 24 hours to get the answer.

 

I have checked my email everyday and still have not received an answer and this has been going on for 4 days and it was only suppose to be for 24 hours.  This better not be deducted from my debit card.
