There is no best multivitamin. Multivitamins have vitamins you may not need and do not account for vitamins you may have too much of from the foods you eat. Besides, the multivitamins are pharmacutically made, they are not organic. You should only take organic. Find a homeopathic doctor in your area, you should be able to find one in your phonebook. He/she can check you out to find out which vitamines and minerals your body is lacking and can get you on the foods you should eat for working out.
