ONE OF MY HARD DRIVES IS ALMOST AT FULL CAPACITY. HOW DO I SWITCH TO MY OTHER DRIVE

It is to do with your RAM, not hard drive. To fix the virtual memory problem, you can increase the size of your virtual memory. Go to System/Advanced system settings/Advanced/Performance/Advanced. You will see Virtual memory. Change your virtual memory there.
