Psychologist does not have to have mental health test on themselves before practicing. This particular narcissist actually cares for children. I can't find any agency that could make this person stop or make them do a mental health test to stop them for being unfit.
The dept of human services just said to have them call the cops if someone gets hurt lol....unbelievable.
