Can I use lubricating Eye drops for my Chinese Water Dragon?

I recently purchased a Chinese water dragon with infected eye lids. It will not open but when it does it is swollen. Should I use Lubricating eye drops that I have at home to cure it?

no wait and clean the cage really good for infetions i had the same problom sorry i mispelled that lol just wait that what i did it worked to i hope this helped!
