The wife has her late husband as agent on her poa, then a different niece , so now with the wife incapacitated her 2nd agent niece takes the place of wife? Probate? Joint everything so aren't the 2 nieces supposed to work together. She has started removing large items from the home. Is that stealing, is that legal. This in Wash DC.
