how can I stop all ads

I recently had my computer repaired and now I get ads everywhere.  How do I stop the ads without out taking the computer  back which is 45 miles away.

Sounds like your computer has been infected by those ads malware. Try scan your computer using those malware scanners, such as McAfee, Malwarebytes, etc.
