How do I get a Mount in WoW?

I just reached level twenty in WoW Mists of Pandaria, and I want a Mount. When I go to Winaestra at Thuron's Livery, it says it requires Apprentice Riding. How do I get that?

Well first we need to find a mount seller, you will find them is most big cites, ask guards they are nice and helpful [They mark the location on your map.] Their prices can go as low as 40sivers.
