I need to open the battery case on my Acer E-1 SERIES laptop. I tried to do as was told in live chat but could not get it. I was running it on battery for about an hour but when I plugged it in it just shut off and won't turn back on. I have been to web site and had problems even finding anything put a sales pitch. I already bought one and need the online owners manuel.
