i'm a hard working man that lives in a 1974 mobile home. my trailer is falling apart, it needs a new furnace, new roof, new siding and skirting, floors, windows and walls. i can not put any more money in to this sinking ship. i'm not asking for a handout just advice or help as i still owe 50 thousand i can not get another mortgage and do not make enough to get a loan. Is there a way you can pay off the mortgage and add it to a new one, all the estimates for repairs add up to over 60 thousand the trailer was only valued at 40 thousand in a recent evaluation. i believe it would be easier to be able to buy a new one just am unable to due to owing so much still. any advice welcome thanks
